Any company would do well to sign their business up to these sites and to welcome the feedback and reviews given by the customers. Why? Because listening is important when it comes to social networking. You might only think about Facebook or Twitter when it comes to social networks, but review sites are social too. Actually, any site that offers a visitor an avenue to express an opinion or post a review is part of the social media landscape.
